August 1, 2006 Board Meeting Agenda Item #22 Title APPROVAL OF WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM EASEMENT AT ASHTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL BETWEEN SARASOTA COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, AND THE SCHOOL BOARD OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA Description This water distribution system easement is for the purpose of constructing, installing, maintaining, operating, repairing and replacing water supply distribution system facilities and appurtenant equipment with the right to reconstruct, improve, add to, enlarge and remove such facilities and equipment by Sarasota County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida.  This easement has been approved by the School Board attorney.
